Can We Amplify Power?
There’s been a lot of buzz lately about the use of alternative means to save energy and potentially save a few bucks. Certainly, this has been a very popular trend amongst the liberal elite and I don’t expect it to go away anytime soon. In fact, as I’ve mentioned before, I expect that it will eventually become economical for all of us to partake in the alternative energy action.
Astartupaday had a great comment on how Google could do something for the planet, but I suspect that if Google switched to a black background there would be many more suicides and cases of depression. People would leave in droves, be forced to use Yahoo search, and hate every minute of it. In other words, it would be bad for business.
But how about the amplification of power… what do I mean? If we can amplify sound, shouldn’t we be able to amplify power? Plug the converter into the outlet and make 1 kilowatt into 2. That would be something that can really change the planet…
… and our home exhaust

Amplification of sound requires a power source
Maybe you can figure out a way to amplify power using a sound source, like yelling at your damned computer.

if sound is the inverse of power, then we should be able to take the sound from city streets and funnel it into a power source…?

Interesting idea I’ll take one if you make it - you might be interested in this post I put on my other blog - about converting heat into electricity using sound (not my idea I hasten to add!). Vic
